I volunteered for Parent Governor in 2022 when my daughter first started in Reception at Solent Infant School the year before. I have been so impressed with all the staff, helpers, Governors and Trust that I knew I wanted to become a part of it all. I grew up in Drayton, attended the local schools and I now work as an Early Years Nursery Practitioner within a nearby nursery. I have a strong passion when it comes to ensuring that children are happy and that they are all given the same opportunities to receive the best possible start within education enabling them to flourish.

I am looking forward to working closely with the schools, utilizing my qualifications and experience to give back to the community and build strong paths ahead.
