Description
As part of supporting pupils with their transition to secondary school, on Monday 15th June, Year 6 are invited to attend an engaging assembly focused on the “power of networks and the natural process of change”. The session explores how the people we spend time with can influence our choices, confidence and wellbeing, and encourages pupils to think positively about the friendships and influences they want around them. It also addresses the feelings of uncertainty or anxiety that often come with moving on to a new school, reassuring pupils that these emotions are completely normal and providing simple strategies to help them feel more prepared, confident and excited for
the next stage of their journey.
